Privacy Policy

Account data: name, email address and authentication identifiers.

Workspace content: agent and workflow configurations, uploaded documents, memories, run inputs, outputs and logs.

Usage data: token counts, costs, latency, audit events and IP addresses for security.

To provide and secure the service, meter usage and bill plans, troubleshoot problems, and communicate about your account. We do not sell personal data and do not use your content to train models.

Hosting and database, payment processing, email delivery, and the AI model and data providers you choose to connect. When an agent runs, the relevant prompt and context are sent to the model provider you configured, under that provider's terms.

Data is encrypted in transit. Provider credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. Workspace data is isolated with row-level security. See our Security page for details.

Workspace data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of workspace deletion, except where we must keep records for legal or billing purposes.

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise them.
