Terms of Service

Delega lets you configure and run AI agents and workflows that call third-party model providers and data services using credentials you supply or that we provide under your plan.

You are responsible for activity under your workspace, for keeping credentials and API keys confidential, and for the actions of users you invite.

You must not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, generate malware, attempt unauthorised access to systems, send unsolicited messages, or process data you are not permitted to process.

You must comply with the usage policies of every model and data provider you connect.

Agent output is generated automatically and can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

Nothing produced by the service is financial, investment, legal, medical or other professional advice. Industry templates are examples, not recommendations.

You retain all rights to content you upload and to output generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor and renew until cancelled. Usage beyond plan limits may be blocked until you upgrade. Third-party provider costs incurred with your own keys are billed to you by those providers.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change features with reasonable notice where the change materially reduces functionality you pay for.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delega Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination you may export your agents and workflows for 30 days.
